Please note for ALL party packages:
• Party host should arrive ½ hr. before party time to meet guests at admissions building.
• Every person attending must have a wrist band on prior to going to the Events Barn. Every guest including the host (s) & birthday child MUST enter the farm at the Admission Building and be wearing wrist bands before entering onto the farm grounds. No Exceptions.
• Barn available 15 minutes prior to scheduled party time.
• Extra guests: ages 3-59 enjoy group rate of $9.95 each; seniors (60+) $5.00
• Children ages 2 & under are FREE and will not be issued a wrist band.
• $100 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking. We accept cash, MC, Visa or Discover. No personal checks.
• Parties are held rain or shine! Your guests can still enjoy the corn box and a barn attendant will direct country activities & games inside the barn in the event of inclement weather.
• Add-ons available (see below) to any party package, but no substitutions, please.
• Outside desserts, chips and beverages are permitted, however, any foods that require refrigeration or heating MAY NOT be brought into the farm.
• Port Farms will not store or refrigerate any food or beverages and does not have ice available.
• Plates & napkins provided for packages serving pizza & appetizer trays. Utensils, table covers, dessert plates, bowls, cups, leftover containers & decorations are responsibility of party host. All decorations & personal items must be removed at party’s conclusion.
• Events Barn party areas have four 60” round tables = seating for up to 32 people, one serving table and one gift table. Additional party areas $50./2 hours
