Upon Arrival
Party host, please arrive at least one 1/2 hour before your scheduled party. Party hosts may enter the outdoor Party Pavilion to set up your party site 15 minutes prior to the start of the party.
Outside desserts, chips and beverages are permitted, however any foods that require refrigeration or heating MAY NOT be brought into the farm. Examples of food which is NOT permitted: Pizzas, Sub Platters, Sandwiches, Veggie Trays, Cheese & Cracker Trays, Fruit Salad/Fruit Trays, Salads, Ice Cream, Ice Cream Cake, food in crock pots. If you are unclear about what is food items are permitted, please call Shirley or Kelly at the farm to discuss your menu items @ 814-796-4500.
Port Farms will not store or refrigerate any food or beverages and does not have ice available.

Please note for ALL party packages:
- Party host should arrive ½ hr. before party time to meet guests at admissions building.
- Every person (ages 3 or older) attending must have a paid admission PRIOR to going to the outdoor Party Pavilion for the party. Every guest including the host(s) & birthday child MUST enter the farm at the Harvest Barn Admissions before entering onto the farm grounds. No Exceptions.
- Barn will be available 15 minutes prior to scheduled party time.
- Extra guests: ages 3-59 enjoy group rate of $11.00 each; seniors (60+) $5.00
- Children ages 2 & under are FREE admission.
- $100 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking. We accept cash, MC, Visa or Discover. No personal checks.
- Parties are held rain or shine!
- Add-ons available (see below) to any party package, but no substitutions, please.

- The outdoor Party Pavilion will have four 60” round tables = seating for up to 32 people, one serving table and one gift table. Additional party areas $50./2 hours
