Maintenance Team Member
Position Summary
The primary function of this position is to accurately perform daily maintenance tasks and keep all areas looking clean and professional for Port Farms Special Events, LLC.
Reporting Relationship
The Maintenance Team Member will report to the Farm Manager. In the event the Farm Manager is not available they will report to the Chief Operations Officer.

Primary Responsibilities
- Performing daily opening and/or closing activities
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Utilize safe, yet efficient skills when performing maintenance
- Wipe down all chairs and tables around the farm
- Sanitize all public seating
- Pick up trash around the farm
- Empty all trash cans and replace with new liners
- Clean bathrooms located around the farm
- Keep all areas of the farm looking presentable to the public
- Fill in open positions around the farm
- Efficiently direct and park traffic in the parking lot
- Safely transport guests on the Wagon Ride via tractor
Prep Crew Team Member
Position Summary
The primary function of this position is to effectively prepare and run food operations in a safe and timely manner for resale for Port Farms Special Events, LLC.
Reporting Relationship
The Prep Crew Team Members will report to the Food Service Manager. In the event the Food Service Manager is not available they will report to the owners.

- Accurately bake, cook, or produce using the appliances in your specific location
- Restock necessary production items
Food Service Team Member
Position Summary

Cashier and Guest Services Team Member
Position Summary
The primary function of this position is to run a Point of Sales System and interact with customers frequently and appropriately in our retail areas for Port Farms Special Events, LLC.
Reporting Relationship
The Cashier and Guest Services Team Member will report to the Guest Services & Merchandise Manager. In the event the Guest Services & Merchandise Manager is not available, they will report to the Chief Operations Officer.

- Restock all necessary register items, such as receipt paper, writing utensils and admission passes
- Restock of any merchandise, retail and food products or items as needs
- Process food and merchandise transactions for customer in an efficient and friendly manner
- Mirror a positive attitude for guests to see
- Accurately handle cash and count change
Attraction Attendant Team Member
Position Summary
The primary function of this position is to safely operate and manage attractions for Port Farms Special Events, LLC.
Reporting Relationship
The Attraction Attendant Team Member will report to the Attractions Manager. In the event the Attractions Manager is not available they will report to the Chief Operations Officer.

Primary Responsibilities
- Performing daily opening and/or closing duties
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Ensuring that all games and items are in the proper place
- Enforce all rules and regulations of the specific attraction
- Handle and process payments for the Apple Cannons and Paintball activities
- Be aware of the children surrounding their area and make sure they are accompanied by an adult
- Document maintenance that may be needed at your attraction
