It shouldn’t come as a shock that Port Farms has changed significantly since its opening 126 years ago. The Fall Harvest season at Port Farms has continued to grow and is the largest festival that the farm holds. A few years ago the farm added a new summer season and in 2023, some big changes are taking place. Here is the breakdown of what you can expect when you visit the farm this summer:

Summer Days

In previous years, the farms’ summer season was called The Flower Festival because the season was built around the u-pick flower fields. After deciding to expand the season with new events and festivals, the name was updated to reflect this. The summer season is now called Summer Days.

Throughout the entirety of Summer Days, the 5-acres of flowers are open for picking and make a beautiful backdrop for photos. During each visit, guests can take home a single bloom (included with farm admission) or upgrade to a mason jar or souvenir bucket to fill with hand-picked blooms. The field is filled with beautiful sunflowers, cosmos and zinnias. During the summer there are more than 20 farm attractions open for every age, live music, unique food and drink options and events and festivals

Sweet Summer Days Festival

Port Farm’s first ever Sweet Summer Days Festival takes place on August 5, 6, 11, 12 & 13 where a sweet theme will take over the farm. Visitors can enjoy exclusive food such as roasted sweet corn, sweet corn BBQ pizza, strawberry funnel cakes, sweet sausage, blueberry limoncello mules, blueberry wine and strawberry wine. Of course, other sweet farm staples will be available as well like sweet BBQ sandwiches, kettle corn and watermelon slush floats.

Blooms, Bubbles & Butterflies

The farm’s annual Blooms, Bubbles & Butterflies Festival takes place on August 18, 19, 20, 25, 26 & 27. To add to the summer fun already happening on the farm, this festival includes daily bubble dance parties with a live a DJ, two butterfly releases (special ticket required), live shows and specialty food and drink options.

Flower Festival

The annual Flower Festival takes place during peak flower picking season on September 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, & 10. Added in 2023, a craft show will fill the farm for guests to enjoy showcasing more then 75+ local vendors from 1– 7PM daily. Additionally, there will be meet & greets with Disney princesses, live paintings in the flowers and specialty food and drink options to enjoy.

Sunset Yoga

Brought back by popular demand, Sunset Yoga is held in the flower field at the farm every Thursday from August 10 – September 7. The sessions are led by Studio 99 Yoga & Wellness and is a relaxing, beginner friendly class. Tickets include one hour of flower picking and one hour of beautiful sunset yoga. This special ticketed event fills up quickly, so we recommend reserving a spot.

Daddy Daughter Dance

Port Farms is hosting their first Daddy Daughter Dance on August 18 to follow a fun-filled day at the farm during the Blooms, Bubbles & Butterflies Festival. Each ticket includes all day farm admission for two on August 18th, access to the flower fields & attractions, music and dancing provided by DJ Razz Entertainment from 6–10PM in the Events Barn, a farm dinner for two and great photo opportunities. Special tickets are required for this event.
